WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — All eyes will be on Cam Newton and his Carolina Panthers’ teammates Sunday, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.

But in one pocket of Advance, a crowd of people will pay more attention to the sidelines during Super Bowl 50, hoping to catch a glimpse of a hometown girl fulfilling a lifelong dream.

Irving, a 2011 graduate of West Forsyth High School, is scheduled to arrive in Santa Clara, Calif., on Friday and return to her home in Charlotte on Monday.
