LEXINGTON, N.C. — Molly Corbett, who along with her father faces murder charges in the death of her husband, Jason Corbett, violated a court order when she took items from her home in January, according to a ruling this week.
David Lynch, the executor of Jason Corbett’s estate, filed motions for a temporary restraining order and to enforce a consent order after Molly Corbett, or people who worked for her, took items on Jan. 21 out of the couple’s house at 160 Panther Creek Court.
Jason Corbett was found bludgeoned to death in the house last August.

Lynch, who is Jason Corbett’s brother-in-law, alleged that Molly Corbett violated a September court order prohibiting her from taking items belonging to the estate.
