WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Gabriel Brothers Inc. will open a Gabe’s store today at Brewer Crossing Shopping Center in Winston-Salem, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.
The store, at 2690 Peters Creek Parkway, is in a portion of the former Kmart, next to Planet Fitness.
Gabe’s sells brand-name apparel, footwear and accessories for women, men, juniors, young adults and children. Other items include home decor, electronics and toys.
The retailer said that all merchandise is up to 70 percent off department store prices and that the new store brings more than 50 jobs to the area.
Gabe’s has 56 stores in 11 states and is also opening a store in Garner today. The retailer currently has stores in Greensboro, Gastonia and Charlotte.
